Recognitions
Our Beautification Awards program celebrates residents who go the extra mile in maintaining beautiful yards. Each month, we recognize the winners with yard signs and certificates annually for their efforts in keeping our neighborhood vibrant. The plan is to continue the Beautification award program for 2025.

Workshops & Events
The Community Holiday celebration was held on December 14, 2025, at the Community Church in Southfield. The event was marvelous and attended by residents from Hampshire Woods Neighborhood Association, Magnolia Neighborhood Association, Northland Neighborhood Association, and Roseland Woods Neighborhood Association. This is the first time the four neighborhood associations are participating in this event. It was simply marvelous! Plan to be there next year.
